The Academy Program is dedicated for the cricketer who wants to stay engaged in the sport year-round, with top-class coaching.  Academy players train in a group setting and are introduced and taken through skill building drills and exercises.  Weekly group batting and bowling net sessions, help to complement the Academy players as they compete in the summer against other league teams.

Members of the Academy Program have developed their skills to such an extent that they moved on to the PROstream Program, where they have been able to focus more intensely on their overall game.  Many players from this program have been drafted by the Ontario and Canadian national youth squads, and other representative teams.  The Academy youth teams in the league have won numerous championships and titles at various age levels.
