Abraash Khan leads the way for Canada U-15
13 year old Abraash Khan who started playing cricket at the Ontario Cricket Academy 3 years ago, has already created a name for himself in Canadian youth cricket. In August, Canada hosted the ICC North America U-15 Championship. The participating countries were Canada, Bermuda and the USA. Played in Winnipeg, Manitoba- Abraash scored the most runs in the tournament (for all countries) and was awarded the Batsman of the Tournament trophy. He scored a match high of 77* against Bermuda. In addition, Abraash opened the bowling in each innings and bowled tightly, although he did not claim as many wickets as he wanted to. This is a great start to a hopefully very long international cricket career.
